How counter mode works

Do I need to buy a kiosk?
No. Counter mode runs on the Windows PC or Android tablet you already have at the counter, with your existing printers. A plan is all you buy.
Can I check each file before it prints?
Yes. In counter mode nothing prints on its own. Each order waits in your print queue with its pages, colour, sides and copies, and prints when you tap Print.
Can customers still pay me in cash?
Yes. A shop that signs up for counter mode starts on cash payments, so you can take orders the same day. Connect your own Razorpay or Cashfree account whenever you want UPI payments to go straight to your bank.
Does it work with my printers?
Most likely. Any printer installed on a Windows PC works, and so do Wi-Fi or LAN printers and USB or Bluetooth printers on Android. B/W, colour and duplex printers can each have their own slot.
Is it safer than WhatsApp for customers’ documents?
Yes. Files go to Prints Easy, not to the shop phone or anyone’s chat history, and they’re deleted once printed. Unpaid uploads are removed within an hour.
Can I switch to a self-service kiosk later?
Yes. In the operator portal, turn off operator-assisted mode and customers enter their pickup code on the kiosk screen to print on their own. You can switch back any time.
