Privacy policy

Customers: your mobile number (to send a one-time sign-in code), the files you upload to print, your print options, and order and payment status.

Operators: your mobile number, name, business name, city and kiosk location, and your kiosk’s usage, printer status and billing records.

Uploaded files are used only to print your order. They are deleted after your order is picked up or expires, and unpaid uploads are deleted within an hour. The operator portal doesn’t give access to customer files.

Payments are processed by Razorpay or Cashfree, depending on the kiosk (and, for plan payments, the gateway we use at the time). We don’t receive or store card, UPI PIN or bank login details.

We send one-time codes by WhatsApp or SMS, and operators receive service alerts (low toner, renewals) on WhatsApp. We don’t send marketing messages without consent.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service (hosting, messaging, payments), with the operator of the kiosk you order from (your order details), or when required by law. We don’t sell personal data.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to the email below. Some records (such as payment records) are kept as long as the law requires.
