For print & xerox shops
Already run a counter? Keep it. Lose the WhatsApp mess.
Counter mode is Prints Easy for shops where someone is at the counter. Customers still order from their own phone, but nothing prints until you tap Print.
What it replaces
- Files forwarded to the shop’s WhatsApp, mixed in with family chats
- Logging in to customers’ email on the shop PC
- Pen drives carrying viruses
- Customers’ Aadhaar and PAN copies left on the shop phone
- Asking every customer how many copies, colour or B/W, one side or both
How counter mode works
- 1Customer scans your QRA poster on the counter. No app to install.
- 2They upload and choosePages, B/W or colour, sides, copies and paper size, with the price shown as they go.
- 3They payBy UPI into your own Razorpay or Cashfree account, or in cash at the counter.
- 4You tap PrintThe order appears in the print queue on your shop PC or tablet. Check it and print. The file is deleted afterwards.
No new hardware to buy
Use the Windows PC or Android tablet already at your counter, and the printers already connected to it. A plan is all you pay for.

Who it’s for
Anywhere people walk in needing a page printed.
Print & xerox shops with a counter
Today · The counter turns into a WhatsApp helpdesk every morning: forwarded files, email logins on the shop PC, pen drives and the same questions about copies and colour.
With Prints Easy · Customers send files by QR straight into a print queue on your shop PC. You check each order, tap Print and take UPI or cash. Nothing lands on the shop phone.
Shops that want a self-service corner
Today · Walk-ins wait while you sell, bind and laminate, and some leave.
With Prints Easy · A kiosk prints on its own when customers enter their pickup code. It even takes orders when you’re busy or closed.
Colleges & universities
Today · Assignment deadlines mean a line outside one printer and a lot of lost pen drives.
With Prints Easy · Put a kiosk in the library, hostel or department. Students print from their phones and pay their own way.
Co-working & offices
Today · Shared printers mean shared drivers, mystery jobs and nobody tracking the cost.
With Prints Easy · Members print as they need and pay for it themselves. No drivers, no logins, no printing on credit.
Libraries, hospitals & government offices
Today · Visitors need one form printed right now, and the staff aren’t there to run a print desk.
With Prints Easy · A self-serve point for forms, reports and ID copies, with files deleted once they’re printed.

What’s inside
Built for counters that have to work every single day.
Paid into your own account
Customer payments go through your own Razorpay or Cashfree account and settle in your bank account. We don’t sit in the middle of your sales.
Private by default
Files are deleted after pickup, and unpaid uploads within the hour. ID copies don’t pile up in anyone’s chat history.
Several printers on one kiosk
B/W, colour and duplex printers on separate slots, with A4, A3 and Legal paper.
Works with the printer you have
Wi-Fi/LAN printers, plus USB and Bluetooth on Android, or any printer installed on a Windows PC.
Never takes a job it can’t finish
Toner and paper levels decide whether a kiosk accepts new orders.
Pay at the counter, or a staff-run queue
Take payment in cash at the counter, or switch to a print queue your staff release one job at a time.
WhatsApp sign-in
Customers and operators log in with a one-time code. No passwords to forget.
Files checked before payment
Uploads are checked and page-counted before checkout, so the price on screen is the price printed.

Questions shop owners usually ask us.
Still unsure? Talk to a person.
Do I need to buy a kiosk?
No. Counter mode runs on the Windows PC or Android tablet you already have at the counter, with your existing printers. A plan is all you buy.
Can I check each file before it prints?
Yes. In counter mode nothing prints on its own. Each order waits in your print queue with its pages, colour, sides and copies, and prints when you tap Print.
Who receives the money customers pay?
You do. Each kiosk uses your own Razorpay or Cashfree account, so customer payments settle in your bank account on the gateway’s normal schedule. You pick the gateway per kiosk and can switch later. Your plan is a separate payment to us.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR sticker and everything happens in the phone’s browser. They sign in with a one-time code on WhatsApp.
Which printers work?
Most Wi-Fi and network printers that support IPP, USB and Bluetooth printers attached to an Android tablet, and any printer installed on a Windows PC. You can connect separate printers for B/W, colour and duplex.
What happens to customers’ files?
They’re stored only until pickup. Files are deleted once printed, and unpaid uploads are removed within an hour. Nothing collects on a shop phone or PC.
What if a customer pays and the printer jams?
Failed jobs are tracked and the pages aren’t counted against your plan. The kiosk also stops taking new orders when paper or toner is too low to finish them.
What happens when I hit my plan’s page limit?
Your plan may include a few grace pages. After that you can buy a page top-up or renew early from the operator portal, in a couple of taps.
Can customers pay in cash?
Yes. Set a kiosk to pay at the counter and customers pay you directly when they collect. You can also switch to a print queue your staff release one job at a time.
How do I get set up after buying?
Once you pay, your kiosk is created right away. Sign in to the operator portal with the same mobile number, connect your Razorpay or Cashfree account, install the kiosk app on your tablet or PC, and print your QR poster. Call or WhatsApp us if you want help.
Put your printer to work while you do yours.
Buy a plan online and your kiosk is ready to pair right away. Or talk to us first. Either works.
